Season Of Creation at St James’ Anglican Church Māngare Bridge
Some amazing creations happened in September at St James' Anglican Church Māngere Bridge. The highlight of our month was an afternoon of making followed by a Wonder-full Exhibition and Feast from the garden the following Sunday. Creativity and wonder combined in the imagination and hands of delighted creatures as they celebrated the mahi of our Creator. From air-drying clay and elaborate collages, to painted canvas and carved taiaha, to hidden poetry and rosemary focaccia, to spinach quiche and blockprinted seaweed ... so much creativity. And such fun to be living into our being "in the image of our creator God".
