You’re warmly invited to this Eco Church gathering at the South West Baptist Church Regenesis restoration site.

Bring a group from your church and join others from Eco Churches across Christchurch and Waitaha Canterbury for a hands-on day of planting native trees and restoring biodiversity. It’s a chance to work side by side, connect, and be encouraged. Getting your hands in the soil is a simple, practical way to live out creation care together.

Getting There and Road Safety

• If you are using Google Maps, put in ‘Regenesis Christchurch’.

• We will have parking wardens directing traffic.

• Cashmere Road is busy, so please take extra care when arriving, parking, and crossing the road.

• Follow all directions from wardens, and ensure children are supervised at all times.

• Bikes are welcome and encouraged!

What to Bring

• You are welcome to bring a picnic to eat together onsite before the planting day starts.

• If you are able to, please bring your own tools (spade, gloves, etc.).

• Boots with good grip or gumboots highly recommended. We will be planting on hill slopes.
  Bring warm clothing appropriate for the conditions.

• If the weather is unsuitable, the planting day will be postponed to Sunday 28th June.
